John received his B.S. in Graphic Design from The Art Institute of Pittsburgh. Throughout his academic years, he was recognized as among the top of his class, subsequently resulting in several awards in the areas of page layout, editorial design and kiosk development/presentation.

Through years of experience with an international technology company, John developed inside knowledge of affiliate marketing and online product development. John’s unwavering dedication to customer satisfaction has led to a distinct following for his designs – including clients ranging from Microsoft to Intuit.

John attends and supports the Shadyside Presbyterian Church and is an active member in the Noah Angelic Hope Foundation. He and his wife, Tricia, currently reside in Mt. Lebanon with their son, John Gregory.

Before coming to twelve14 Studios, Shannon spent time as a U.S. Army communications expert, an English professor, journalist, event coordinator and freelance graphic designer / web developer. His passion for the English language coupled with his knowledge of design and computers has helped Shannon position himself as a copywriter as well as a usability/user experience specialist.

He obtained his B.S. in Advertising from The Art Institute of Pittsburgh and holds several diplomas and certificates in areas such as leadership, web usability and network communications.

Ken Hawk

Ken received his B.S. in Graphic Design from Seton Hill University. Ken is the former Senior Graphic Designer at Direct Response Technologies, Inc, "the world’s leading supplier of e-commerce solutions." His job entails overseeing the design of branding and advertising materials for clients. In this role he interprets client's communication strategy and then develops proposed creative approaches and treatments that align with that strategy.

Ken is best known for his innovative web development and creative brand identity's. Ken has worked in successful start-up environments and knows how to launch products so they receive the best ROI.

Tricia S. Baldridge

Tricia Baldridge received her B.S. in Sports, Arts and Entertainment Managemnet from Point Park University in December 2007. While at Point Park, Tricia pursued a technical concentration in Advertising and Public Relations. She has held positions with large corporations as well as independent companies.

Tricia is pursuing her law degree at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.

Tricia attends and supports the Shadyside Presbyterian Church and is an active member in the Noah Angelic Hope Foundation. She and her husband, John, currently reside in Mt. Lebanon with their son, John Gregory.
